Parking

Please be aware that metered hours for on-street parking have now been extended until 8:00 pm, Mondays through Saturdays.

Finding street parking on Sundays and weekday evenings is generally not too difficult, unless there is a big event happening at the Paramount Theater on Broadway. If you are attending an EBMC event on a Saturday or a weekday during business hours, you may wish to use one of the following paid parking lots, within 4 blocks of EBMC. You will need to bring an assortment of small bills and coins, as many of the parking lots have drop boxes rather than attendants on duty. FREE SATURDAY PARKING is available about a 15-20 minute walk from the center, at the Clay Street garage.

Several lots are owned by Douglas Parking. Go to www.douglasparking.com and click on the “Parking Locator” at the top of the Webpage. From the pulldown menu, select “Paramount Theater” (closest to EBMC) or “Lake Merritt” (farther from EBMC).
